Out of respect for the environment, guests are kindly requested to keep the volume of music outside at a moderate level.
Parties, stag nights, weddings or any other type of event are not permitted without prior permission from the property.

No more than 10 people are allowed to occupy the room, except for babies and children under 2 years old who can sleep in a free cot (please request in advance).
Smoking is not allowed in the house. If there is evidence of smoking inside, 10% of the total value of the booking will be charged.
Pets are not allowed in the house.
Minimum stay is 2 nights, 3 nights at long weekends and Christmas, 4 nights at Easter and 1 full week in July and August.
Guests are responsible for the house and all its contents and must return it in perfect condition at the end of their stay. You must replace or pay for any damage caused.
Check-in time will be from 17.00 hours. Departure time: 12.00 noon. Other times are available by arrangement with the property. We will do our best to meet your needs. Please arrive before 21.00 hours.
Booking or contracting the house implies full acceptance of these conditions.
House service:
The cottage rental includes coffee/tea/other provisions and entrance cleaning. Daily cleaning can be arranged by prior arrangement.
The Miele coffee machine is for the exclusive use of Cortijo San Isidro staff.
It is possible to hire a lunch and dinner service, which must be requested at least one week in advance. Dinner is from 21.00 to 21.30.
Toiletries, bed linen and towels are provided.
Payment method:
Reservations: 30% to formalise the reservation.
Remaining payment: 70% on the day of arrival.
For events or weddings, bookings are managed on a 50-50 basis.
Prices include 10% VAT and include accommodation only.
Cancellation policy:
A refund will be given if the booking is cancelled 30 days or more before the arrival date.
